The mission of the Candor Police Department shall be to provide a safe environment in which residents and non-residents can live and work. This mission shall be accomplished by the prompt but fair enforcement of local and state laws. And to serve the public by furthering a partnership with the community to prevent crime, thereby protecting life and property, and resolving problems. We will empower officers to resolve issues pertaining to our town's fear of crime and victimization. Together, we will battle our neighborhood problems.
